So I thought I’d jump straight in with my first blog. Its the question I get asked the most. “what do I need to do, to grow my amazon business”. At a meeting It’s usually one of the first questions straight out of the gate, Its the one that causes the most frustration from under pressure Senior Managers in an attempt to draw a swift conclusion.
Unfortunately, the answer usually brings further frustration. After a considered answer, it often at least brings some relief, as the realisation that they didn’t have the knowledge they needed, probably far from it.
So what is my answer? Well, there is no magic switch to kick start your amazon business, but a number of key drivers that need to be actioned concurrently. Over the years we have developed our five Pillars of success strategy. Consider it like a Formula 1 Car, where a number of small improvements over a number of areas, combine to make a big total improvement.
